What does the monthly subscription include? ▼

Every plan includes the guided app-based certification process for each unit, required photo uploads at each build stage, your digital certificate with a QR code, a public verification page, and a downloadable PDF package suitable for lenders and insurance companies.

How fast are approvals? ▼

Our target is same-day approval for complete submissions. Pro plan builders are prioritized in the review queue. Starter builders are reviewed within 24–48 hours. The key is submitting complete photo sets — incomplete submissions take longer.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime? ▼

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Previously certified units keep their certificates and QR pages regardless of your subscription status.

Is CERTAFI certification accepted for RV parks and financing? ▼

CERTAFI certifies to NFPA 1192 and ANSI A119.5 standards — the same codes used by RVIA and NOAH. Acceptance varies by park and lender, but our documentation package is designed to meet standard lender and insurance requirements. We recommend confirming with specific parks or lenders before purchase if this is a priority.

What if my unit fails a stage review? ▼

The inspector will note the specific issue and you can resubmit corrected photos at no extra charge. The goal is to get your unit certified — not to fail it. Most correction requests are resolved in one resubmission.

Do I need a licensed electrician and plumber? ▼

Yes. Licensed sign-offs are required for the electrical and plumbing phases. Their license numbers are recorded in the certification file, which is part of what makes CERTAFI certificates credible to banks and insurers.
