Staged photos, live or imported video, device-reported location when the device provides it, and structured test forms. Submitted once, not emailed again.

Certification bodies review
Inspectors work a queue inside CERTAFI. They pass or fail stages. CERTAFI never makes that call.

Records stay exportable
Hashes, an append-only audit history, and complete exports while the account can access the Service. CERTAFI does not guarantee that every record will remain publicly available forever.

For builders
Submit once. Keep the shop record either way.
Staged capture, structured test forms, a customer portal, and a Build Record the buyer can open. It works standalone if you have no certification body, and it works when you do.

What CERTAFI is not
CERTAFI does not certify, inspect, approve, or determine compliance.
CERTAFI is not a certification body. It does not certify homes, inspect construction, approve work, or decide code compliance. It works alongside certification programs. Builders remain responsible for their own work and local requirements. Every pass or fail is attributed to a named inspector at a certification body.
