CERTAFI is the system of record between builders and certification bodies: staged photos, video, structured tests, review inside the platform, and an exportable chain of custody. It also works standalone when a shop has no certification body.

An important distinction
CERTAFI is not a certification body.
We do not certify homes, inspect construction, approve work, or determine code compliance. CERTAFI works alongside certification programs. Builders remain responsible for their own work and local requirements. Every pass or fail is attributed to a named inspector at a certification body.
