What inspectors review
What our inspectors look for.
CERTAFI inspectors are experienced construction professionals. They review your submitted photos, live video, plans, and documentation against the CERTAFI+ Enhanced Building Standard and referenced national standards (NFPA 1192, ANSI A119.5, NFPA 70 NEC 551/552).
When a stage needs a fix, the inspector explains exactly what to correct. You fix it, submit again — no extra charge. There's no limit on resubmissions.
GPS verification
Photos must be taken on-site. Location metadata is stored as part of the record.
Live video required
Key stages require live video recorded on your device camera — no gallery uploads.
Fast turnaround
Most stage approvals come back the same day. Certified in hours, not weeks.
