The build sequence
Create the Build, capture staged photos and video, and complete structured test forms. Live in-app capture stores device-reported location when the device provides it. Imported uploads are allowed and labeled as imported.
When a certification body is assigned and approved, the builder submits the stage for review. No more re-sending the same folder.
Inspectors work a queue inside CERTAFI and mark stages passed or failed. CERTAFI never makes that determination.
Hashes, an append-only audit history, and complete exports while the account can access the Service. The customer can still open a Build Record the builder published. CERTAFI does not guarantee that every record stays public forever.
Builder controlled
Your company owns its stages, completion decisions, and customer communication. CERTAFI does not decide how a home should be built.
CERTAFI is not a certification company and does not certify, inspect, approve, or verify construction compliance. It stores documentation from independent programs that work alongside your process.
