## What is CERTAFI?
CERTAFI is a private third-party certification platform for tiny homes on wheels (THOW). Builders document their construction through GPS-tagged photos and live video across a Plans review plus five construction inspection stages. CERTAFI inspectors review the documentation remotely and certify the home against the CERTAFI+ Enhanced Building Standard.

## What is CERTAFI+?
CERTAFI+ is CERTAFI's proprietary building standard for tiny homes on wheels. It was developed using selected provisions from NFPA 1192, ANSI A119.5, and NEC Articles 551 and 552 as reference material. ## How does it work?
1. Builder creates a unit and submits construction plans (floor plan, electrical plan, plumbing plan, VIN documentation)
2. Plans are reviewed and approved by a CERTAFI inspector
3. Builder completes five inspection stages as construction progresses: Trailer & Foundation, Framing & Dry-In, Mechanical Rough-In, Insulation, and Final Inspection
4. At each stage the builder submits GPS-tagged photos and live video
5. Inspector reviews and approves each stage remotely
6. When all stages pass, a digital certificate with QR code is automatically issued
